BeAlert-Ed, Inc.

DVCG was contracted to BeAlert-Ed, Inc to develop a online application and web-based system that would help facilitate communication between students, parents, and teachers using their theme of "better education through communication." Our creative team constructed a plan that that would be a turnkey solution to alert and inform parents, help organize teachers, and allow school administrators to monitor all. This application utilizes four different levels of access and functionality (parent, teacher, school administrator, and finally a master administrator) all the while interfacing with SMS technology giving the administrators text messaging capability in order to reach parents with a simple click of the mouse. The state of the art BeAlert(ed) software consists of a multi-lingual web based front-end and a three part web based back-end interface to both easily and securely access, update, check records, and overall manage the system from anywhere.

 

 

Associaed Television International

Associated Televeision International approached DVCG in late 2007 to develop a B2B informational site with a custom WYSIWYG administrative backend developed for the informational site. The WYSIWYG protocol created for ATI is a user interface that allows the administrator to view something very similar to the end result while the document is being created. In general this administrative backend will give Associated Television the ability to change the layout and text on their website in real time without having to enter in any code or have any knowledge of website programming.

 

 

Healthy Practice Systems

DVCG was hired by the dentistry industry to create a ERP system that would allow a dental office to calculate all finances incoming and outgoing through an online web-based application. The application integrates into daily procedure and cost analysis along with both monthly and yearly recording. The system is comprised of an easy to read spreadsheet that allows the user to see, in real time, what their total overhead cost is (broken down to the hour). This was accomplished by many complex calculations functioning together at once through JavaScript programming to deliver an instant result for the user to view. This easy-to-use cost analysis program allows many dental offices to stay profitable and concentrate more on the quality of their service.
